Please save yourself the stress of dealing with ********* who take pleasure in humiliating their "clients" and then help themselves to your money. If you are already trapped with these things and you are forced to deal with them, stay away from Dolly and Nthabiseng. They will feed you misinformation to deliberately confuse you and promise you the world and do nothing after that. I have made peace with the fact that I am stuck with these fools, but have vowed to keep as much people away from them as possible.

If you are thinking of cancelling a policy with them, forget about it. It simply will not happen. Their whole system is designed to frustrate you into submission as soon as they hear the words "policy cancellation" It simply will not happen. If you believe they will call you back, I am sure you also believe Zuma will pay the money back....good luck to you. When you call they WILL DELIBERATELY give you conflicting information and ask for documents to be scanned and mailed only for it to be "lost" and you be instructed to resend it, but you will only realise this DAYS later when you call them to hear if the documents were received.
