***** and ****py customer service
They have no problem taking your money but don't resolve issues when they arise. Not to mention I also got screamed at by one of the consultants unprovoked, when I did address my problem, which they promised they would get resolved months ago but they still haven't up until now. So not trustworthy, unreliable and ****py unprofessional staff.

30 Jul 2022, 10:11Overall it’s been a nightmarish experience being under this company. Nothing gets done, the people are untrained and fly by night consults because they extremely rude and *****. The company never lets you know the state of your policy whether it’s active or not, so it’s basically a guessing game, every single company I have dealt with will send you an email or message but not this one. Fortunately I’m getting a new car soon and I will make sure that the dealership or brand will have nothing to do with this company, they a nightmare to deal with. If I could give 0 stars or negative I really would. Very unprofessional and useless, never again!
