Left to dry by Liquid capital

DISAPPOINTED AND HUMILIATED,I have been a loyal customer of this company for years, however in May 2023/5/11 they called me to renew my plan as my current was expiring. I confirmed to have it renewed however the agent did not explain that there would be a waiting period.i was on 165000km now I'm supposed to have my 180000km major service and I'm told that they don't cover that,I'm supposed to wait for 195000km or I need to make upfront payments. The lady I just called now to explain doesn't even try to help me in any way even when I said I would rather cancel the plan in any form. Has it come to this that they don't care about customers,as long as they have their money??? I'm disappointed and have lost all faith in this company and I will not recommend it to anyone seeking for a service plan company.
