i am having difficulty contacting this company. i have cancelled a policy with them in March 2018, yet when trying to follow up on the cancellation and return of pro-rata funds, emails do not get answered, phone calls don't get answered. i eventually received a replay in april 2018 via email, stating that the policy was cancelled only that day, nearly a month later and that now i still have to wait an additional 21 working days before receiving my pro-rata payment. I have been trying the whole morning now to contact this company to speak to a supervisor, to no avail. they just do not answer their calls.

this company is run by dishonest people who are lazy and cannot do a simple task such as cancel a policy, answer an email or phone.

very quick to take your money when you purchase a policy, but unable to refund when they have to.
