Lack Of Service and unloy

<p>I have a service plan/warranty with liquid capital. I purchased my car last year july at menlyn multifranchise kia. Ive been trying to book my car in for service at Ford Thabazimbi but with what they are getting they are telling me that my car doesnt have a service plan with liquid capital and i have been trying to get a hold of them for the authorization of my service plan. All they are playing is hide and seek with the clients even my sales consultant a kia Sipho Mohlala has been trying to helping solve the issue its been over 3 month now. I seek resolution with Hello peter. </p>
