Lack Of Integrity!!!!

Today I called Liquid Capital because I was told I skipped a payment, I spoke to the lady from accounts to give me the account details! She then explained to me that they are no longer servicing my vehicle as the last service they were covering was 165 000km. No one from the dealership or from Liquid Capital shared this information with me and my account was still being debited by Liquid Capital!! If I had known that was the last one I would’ve extended my service with them. So what exactly were they still debiting from my account if my service has ended. I really fail to understand what I’ve been paying for , for the past 8 months!!!!!
