Kudos to the customer care service agent
I was assisted telephonically by Thembekile to lift a hold on the authorisation claim for my vehicle’s service. She assisted me swiftly. Even though my airtime ran out during our call. She took her time to call me back relieving me of my panic as the dealership couldn’t work on my car due to the unauthorised claim. Keep up the good work Thembekile 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
