Very good service from K**** , he is overly qualified for his position. He gave me more information than what I was requesting. This was amazing as I did not know most of the information. If he did not inform me, I would have been sitting with a big problem in the near future. He deserves a raise. Also his tone, professionalism and use of language was superb.
