I've just joined liquidCapital about 4 months ago and when I had to service my car, the waiting period had not yet lapsed. I then couldn't service but while waiting for the extra week to pass for the waiting period to be over, I had a funeral to attend in EC and visit my sick cousin a week before that. The km's went over limit and they still helped me out with the service, I was scared they wouldn't authorize my service but they did. Karabo who was assisting me was very sweet and patient, constantly kept me up to date with progress of the case and even called me when I had not seen her emails sent to me to check if I received them. She is a true star. LiquidCapital and it's staf***arabo) are Very customer centric.
