It's my first time dealing with them
It's my first time dealing with them. Both ladies in the different departments were very helpful and extremely friendly assisting me with my claim and I received the relevant information via email as we were speaking. . I am still in the process with my claim so this first impression was really nice, I hope the full process for my claim will be this smooth.. Thank you Karabo and Nicole.
