Interaction with Thuto Makhajane

I recently had to place a call to the Liquid Capital call centre and had the pleasure of been assist by Thuto Makhajane. Thuto went above and beyond to explain how he could assist me, he phoned me back to ensure that the issue I had, had been resolved to my satisfaction. I felt he took time to listen to me as a customer, he was patient and very knowledgeable.
