I always have problems everytime my car needs to be serviced.
They have been deducting money monthly and they say I'm in erears whereas I made a double payment last year November and they said the second amount will be carried over, so since I had made double payment, I didn't no pay December. I need a clear explanation of how am I in erears? 🤔
