Dealing with Tiisetso Ramugadi on the second occasion was a pleasant experience and I'd rate her 5/5. However, Nhlakanipho Mahlangu failed to respond to both my emails which leaves a bit taste in my mouth. Also to be told that admin fees, cancellation fees, etc will apply to my cancellation request is a slap in the face when I've paid for the service diligently and I've not made use of it.
