Incomplete Service and lack of Responce

<p>I took my vehicle (2013 Daihatsu Terios 4x4 upgrade), for a 90 000km servce on 18/01/2016. This is a major servce that entails</p> <p> I called Liquid Capital and spoke to a guy called Khensani. </p> <p>The reason I called is that my vehicle was not serviced according to the Maintenance schedule. </p> <p>The following were supposed to be done;</p> <p>1. Engine oil</p> <p>2. Air cleaner element</p> <p>3. Coolant (Long life) - This is done every 2 years</p> <p>4. Manual transmission oil</p> <p>5. Transfer case oil</p> <p>6. Differential oil (Both front and rear)</p> <p>7. Brake fluid change – every two years</p> <p>8. Sump plug washer</p> <p>9. Spark plugs</p> <p> Based on the Quote of the service, only the oil the Engine oil, air filter (Not fitted) ,gearbox oil, oil filter, spark plugs and sump washer were done.</p> <p>The following need to still be done:</p> <p>1. Coolant (Long life) - This is done every 2 years</p> <p>2. Air filter</p> <p>3. Transfer case oil</p> <p>4. Differential oil (Both front and rear)</p> <p>5. Brake fluid change – every two years</p> <p>I spoke to profiling and karyn, no repsonce till today. From the 18th till the 30th. i need my ca rto be properly serviced as i pay alot of money for this.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
