I'm extremely happy at their friendly staff, compassion and understanding of my situation

I'm extremely happy at their friendly staff, compassion and understanding of my situation. I have an extended service plan with them and I under estimated my kilometer usage and after only 3 months out of 4 premiums being deducted, I need to service my car. I called and they advised their company policy is 4 executive months debit order deductions, so I would need to wait till September. They advised they do give a 2500km over the recommended kilometer service but as I travel quite a bit - I would most likely exceed those kilometers. They are making an exception by allowing me to pay in an additional premium so that I can service my car. Fantastic service and I'm an extremely happy client
