I am paying Liquid capital for a service plan I have with them. I recently took my car for service at KIA Motor Alberton. I later found out that the air filter box in my car was broken since the service. I went to KIA Motor Alberton to confront them about the matter because they never told me about the issue. KIA Motor Alberton then refused to replace or fix the the box. I then called Liquid Capital the company I pay for my service plan asking them to intervene since I pay them and they pay KIA Motor Alberton to service my car. I was told at Liquid Capital that it is out of their scope, and there is nothing they can do. I am not happy , I am angry. Liquid Capital is just happy to debit my account and share the money with their friends KIA Motor Alberton that they cant intervene and ask KIA Motor Alberton to fix the problem.
