Id like to thank the team at Liquid Capital, and in particular, the consultant I spoke to (Tiisetso) for how they handled my query this morning, I was extremely pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service they provided, I was steeling myself for some very upsetting conversations, but Tiisetso handled the situation with a level of customer compassion and service centricity I did not expect and I really did feel someone was actually listing to me and understood the situation, and the my matter was resolved within an hour of talking to Liquid Capital.
