I would like to write a review about Liquid Capital

I would like to write a review about Liquid Capital. This morning I dropped off my car at the dealership for a service, about an hour after the dealer called to say my service plan has expired according to liquid capital. Myself and my mother were both calling liquid capital and they kept on saying hold on nd they call got disconnected. I was angry stressed, u name it, after about 4 hours nthabiseng one of the consultants called to tell me that there was an error, whoever captured my plan captured it incorrectly, and she is waiting for her management to fix it, around 16:45 she called back to tell me that it's fixed and everything is in order. Thanks to her for all her assistance but was not happy at all with liquid capital. Was willing to extend my plan but having second thoughts coz don't want any problems in the future.
