I would like to thank two of your employees who really assisted me 1. Phale. It was not my first time being assisted by him, he really knows the true definition of customer service and satisfaction. I really appreciate his assistance and the company needs to recognize him. 2. Mpho from customer care if not mistaken. It was my first time speaking to this lady today, she took her time listening to my concerns and she advised me in a good manner.
