I was in need of help and Sidney with his calm and soft voice immediately put me at ease
I was in need of help and Sidney with his calm and soft voice immediately put me at ease. His guidance as to what went wrong on my side, how to rectify it immediately as well as helping me make a change in order to prevent a reoccurrence of the problem, was so helpful. Thank you Sidney
