I was first mad as my invoice from last year kia didnt have waited like an idiot as liquid capital wasnt authorizing the service. So my car was standing an hour at kia waiting for authorization i phoned liquid capital they said they will look into it later sent me an email saying its authorized but no one contacted the garage so another 45 minutes went by i called and told the garage its authorized they said not to ther knowledge ans had to call liquid capital to follow up just such a wait and it wasn't my fault
