I was assisted by Nhlakanipho regarding a declined service authorisation. I give her 5 stars. She took the details of the matter and escalated the case. This was sorted. I’m giving liquid Capital 4 stars only because Kia had to speak to them and explain again for about 45mins after they had already given me the go ahead.
