I was advised that my service plan had been incorrectly activated and it expired when it should have started
I was advised that my service plan had been incorrectly activated and it expired when it should have started. I was greeted and assisted very kindly by Karabo. She was absolutely great and resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. Well done Karabo, we need more service like that in everything else. Thank you
