I wanted to take out a service plan on a vehicle

I wanted to take out a service plan on a vehicle. The person that took down the details of the vehicle made errors and took it down incorrectly. When I send an email to correct it, they asked me in return for additional documents, e.g Natis etc. Since the vehicle is financed, I did not want to go through that additional admin. It was not my mistake why could they not correct this themselves. I have subsequently cancelled the policy. They are very unfriendly and don't provide proper customer service
