I wanted to cancel my policy because my employer has given me a petrol card that includes service and maintenance. I took out the cover in April and my debit order was in May. According to the contract they need to refund me the 3 premiums as I have not used the plan. After a bad experience with a consultant named Karabo Makgoo but when I called in after that experience, I spoke to gentleman named Sydney Manyoni who explained to me that I do qualify for a refund and that he will action and initiate the refund. Very professional and listens to me. I really command his professionalism and the time he too to explain and put me at ease. Thank you Sydney for your help.
