I stayed 2 days in a dealership in pretoria because they didn't want to assist me,they actually wanted to panalise me for the faults of the previous owner of my car,there was even on of their call centre consultant accusing me of knowing about the faults I know nothing about.i really did not like their treatment at all. I ended up been help because of the lady by Lesego Tlhaganyane.whom took it upon herself to make sure that she escalate my matter to be help.if it was not for her the matter will be with my lawyers ,because I was ready to take it up with my lawyers.i wasn't going to allow them to penalize me for something that was not my fault at all.
