I regret taking this plan with LiquidCapital and would not recommend anyone to them.

I am a very unhappy client.. I joined LiquidCapital 4 months ago. I received a service plan booklet and a welcome letter which is password protected. The service plan is for 75k/90k&105k. I took my car for 75k service today(20/05/2025). The dealer called and listed few items which were not covered by LiquidCapital, that I needed to pay an additional fee for. After referring to the "service booklet", I called the LiquidCapital, then I was told by a very rude consultant that the so called "service booklet" is a generic for every customer, it is not specifically for my plan, I should read the password protected letter carefully. The list I am inquiring about falls under maintenance plan not service plan. The letter has my service plan. Then my question to him was :" Why was the booklet sent to me if it has nothing to do with my plan? Secondly the booklet is written service plan booklet and the list I am inquiring about is in the service plan booklet. The letter in question, states only the services provided as 75k/5th annual service, 90k/6th Annual service, 105k/7th Annual service." His answer to that is that, the dealer knows the schedule of 75k as per OEM. But when the dealer follows the OEM schedule for 75k service plan, no it is not service plan it is maintenance plan. Then he dropped the call on my ear. I regret taking this service plan with LiquidCapital and will not recommend anyone to them.
