I phoned last week to inform LiquidCapital that my car has to go for a service. Took my car this morning and by 13:30 not seviced yet as the agent at the dealership is trying to ge authorozation, she was on the phone for a long time with LiquidCapital to give them the part number and pricing where the agent at LiquidCapital asked her why sparkplugs? Why air filter? and so on i mean really that is part of a service. Then he told her to email everything which she did and by 14:50 no answer from LiquidCapital. I even phoned and was told they will phone me back and still waiting it is now 15:35. I had to take my car back as I need it
