I phoned about assistance with the servicing plan of my Hyundai. Boitumelo Sipoya was extremely polite, friendly, helpful, supportive and most understanding of my situation which I found myself in. She got back to me each and every time, was punctual in replies and never left me stressing about being “ forgotten” or ignored, like some other institutions are happy to do. I was treated with utmost respect. Thank you it was 5 stars service indeed. She sorted my problem out in a short space of time. Now I won’t think of buying another brand of car. I will stay with Hyundai. May all the Hyundai’s teams learn from Boitumelo. Thank you again Hyundai.
