I have WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY with Liquid Capital!!

I am completely exhausted and shocked with Liquid Capital service.

A simple request to change my debit order date has become a night mare.

I have to constantly call them to ask them to change it. Which their accounts department is so useless to do.

They love to transfer from one person to the other and love to make empty promises to their customers.

I don't even trust that my car will get proper service from them because of the fact that they can't even complete a simple request.

I do not recommend service like this where the customer has to run after them and still not get the proper service.

Also they speak to you like you illiterate when they are the ones that are probably sitting and playing on their phones...

That's how I feel right now.

They also do not give reference numbers to your calls probably because they know how terrible their service is.

The lady whom I spoked to says that our calls are recorded therefore there is no need for a reference number.

I don't see the point of having a recording system. When nothing is done about it.

Maybe the staff at Liquid capatial should actually go and listen to the recordings and that will tell you how many unhappy customers you have out there.

It's painful.
