I have been ****med by MottoHappy/Liquid Capital

I have had such a bad experience with MottoHappy/Liquid Capital. I had a car service plan policy with them and they have been debiting my account for monthly premiums on month to month until one debit order bounced in may. so they tried to debit the may premium again in June on the 18th of which they were supposed to debit on the 25 of June. Unfortunately the debit order did not go through. so they decided to terminate my policy. When i contacted them to book my car for service they then told me that my policy has been terminated. They did this without notifying me at all and when i told them about not sending any correspondence regarding this, i was told that i needed to monitor my debit orders. Therefore i was supposed to know already that i am one premium behind and it has been terminated for that reason. So i need all the premiums that i payed from the beginning of the year until the last payment so that i can take my care for service. What a bad service i got from MottoHappy/Liquid Capital.
