I had an issue with my service plan and was advised to call Liquid Capital by the dealer. A lady by the name of Brenda assisted me, she understood my situation and escalated my query to management. She promised to contact me once they come back to her. First thing in the morning she called me with good news. We need more Brenda's in the world who go above and beyond to make a customer feel special. As for Liquid capital they understand the importance of customer retention and looking after their customers.
