I had a query w.r.t. my service plan 2hich i had to wait for 4 consecutive debit order deductions before the plan took effect. I concentrated on the 15k kilometre requitement instead of the 12 monthnperiod when the car was due for a service. Tiisetso Ramugadi, patiently listened to my dilemma and escalated the matter to management who approved my service to be executed. Her excellent customer service has resulted in my dispute to have a positive outcome. Once again thank you so much Tiisetso for your excellent service and following it up with a call to me after the approval was granted. Much appreciated.
