I called yesterday and it didn't take long to be put through to the right dept to answer my query on my service plan
I called yesterday and it didn't take long to be put through to the right dept to answer my query on my service plan. The lady was very helpful and friendly. She then put me through to a gentleman to assist me with my query on renewing my plan and he was just as friendly and helpful. Didn't even take 15 mins. Was very pleased with the service.
