I called LiquidCapital with regards to my car service with KIA of which I was 3 months late for my service but I wasn’t aware as I was not notified di my car being due for the service. I was required to pay R4200 in order to secure my free 5 year service plan and I queried that with LiquidCapital as that was an absurd amount to pay especially at this time of the month. I spoke to Tiisetso Ramugudi who assisted me kindly and politely and I’m happy to say my service was authorised without any payment made and I’m honestly just happy with her service,kindness ,support and quick response throughout . I’m happy. My car is currently in for a service and I’m yet to collect it by the end of today ♥️♥️♥️♥️
