I called in on the 10th in a panick because Hyundai made mention that my service plan is expired. This was a major service and would have costed me an arm and a leg if I was not covered. I was given the number of liquid capital , called in and was helped immediately. The representative was patient and mindful as to how I was feeling at that moment. The representative was able to assist me due to the 30 day grace period. A call was logged and she assured me all will be fine. An hour or so, I was called back and was informed that they have reactivated my plan and I can call Hyundai to book my service. That was fast service, brilliant service!
