Excellent Service Rendered

I was a first time buyer and the minimum information of when I am supposed to go for service was never shared and I never asked because I honestly knew nothing about buying a car and things I should ask. I learnt 4months later that I was late for service and Tiisetso handled my query, I was approved to go for service but because of issues beyond me I couldn't go during the 7 day period approved, being more late now. When I finally managed to go it was a struggle of being declined because I am extremely late and now Thuto was handling the query. These 2 were extremely patient while handling this and I knew from their tone they were doing all they could to get me assisted. Even the team leader that I escalated to when I was being turned away from the dealer on the day of service was not as patient. May your hard work, efficiency, work ethic and service be recognized Thuto and Tiisetso. I am happy with the service you rendered.
