Horrible terrible worst service

DO NOT TAKE a service plan with Liquid Capital or 360 PLUS . I never received policy documents within 30 days as promised and when I followed up they sent me after 2 months.

I was not happy with the policy requested recording of the call it took them 2 weeks to get back to me after numerous call ins. the agents never call back as promised. I cancelled the policy and the agent who cancelled my policy lies and say it was due to affordability and non payment of premiums. I cancelled because they don't have good service. They are ***** and don't care about customers
