horrible service from lappies

i phoned your call center because i had run out of fuel and the car was parked at the parking lot empty and i was told by lappies that i cant be assisted because i am not on the side of the road, seriously guys? he was so petty and sarcastic, its not like i am not paying for this, i dont have a garage close to me where i can get a fuel, i need that fuel i need to drive out .
