Horrible service

I took out a policy early March, my car was on 6800km, the lady told me i can bring it for service after 3 successful debit orders and it has reached 75000km, last service was Feb 2021...i asked all relevant questions as i was a first time car owner, now Sep my car is due for service, Liquid Capital has refused to assist me, they were even rude and i had to cancel my policy with them. The agents have "we dont care" attitude....worst service plan providers ever
