I pay monthly for my service plan with Liquid Capital but today when taking my car in for a service I am told that they won't pay for it as it has exceeded its scheduled 75000km service.

My argument is that was this mentioned to me when taking out this plan that if I exceed the scheduled ****ows then I forfeit the service meaning I have to pay for myself.

I called in to enquire about this clause and the grace but I'm told it's not mentioned either verbally or in the contract but it's just common sense that I must take it in. I did not have this problem when the car still had a service plan with the Kia but now I pay then I don't get a service for my monthly payments. I now have to part with R2406 that i did not budget for. R2406 cash and yet I am paying monthly. This is nonsense!
