Has the best service
Has the best service. I missed my debit order and needed my details changed. The person who helped me (Kamo) was super helpful in helping advice in resolving my issue of the missed payment. Even went further to schedule a call so he helps update my details. Called at the suggested time and did amazing by being patient with me in regards to updating both my banking details and my names. Was very polite. Only problem is that he didn't send a survey on the previous call so I also rate it 5 stars. My interactions with him in resolving everything has been nothing but pleasant. Thank you liquid capital for your dedication to employing staff that are polite, patient, professional, dedicated to helping people swiftly with their queries.
