Happily debits your bank account then refuses to pay for service due

I took my car in servicing on 30 November and was very surprised when Hyundai informed that my claim for the 120000km servicing was rejected as my plan was for the 135000km service. My plan document did not specify a mileage and only said "next service due". I was then told to go back to Hyundai and pick up my car as the issue would not be resolved that day but would be treated as "urgent".

More than 48 hours later, I had not received any feedback until I called in to the call centre after receiving an sms stating that my case number has been resolved. How was it marked resolved when no engagement or feedback was provided to the client?

The call centre then advised that my car should have been going for servicing in January and therefore the 120000km service was not covered. I requested this be escalated again as I purchased my vehicle in December 2017 with the service plan already provided for with Liquid Capital, who had always paid when I took my car in during November/December every year.

An agent called me the next morning to let me know that they've noted my update and they still haven't received feedback from the escalations team. I offered to send through all prior policy documents and was told there was no need as they "have everything" on their system and I will be informed of progress either via call or email as they are treating the matter as urgent and understand that I need to book my car in for the service that is due.

Eveytime I call in I'm told that they see the case, give me a new reason for the rejecting payment for my car's servicing then another case gets logged because the feedback does not align to prior practice or documents that were sent to me. It seems like the delay is just time for the company to try to get out of providing for the servicing that I have been paying for.

I now have 3 case numbers: CAS-***-K5P5D8 CAS-***-K1Q0P9 CAS-***-M6K0G9

Can someone PLEASE get back to me and authorize payment for my 120000km service to be done
