Great service shout out
Wanted to send a huge apology and a big thank you note to Lebone Mkhize. She called me to explain my car service authorisation process, and due to having to leave my car at the service station and my day being ruined I did lash out whilst she was just trying to explain what created the hold up and how she was going to fix it. She remained calm through out the interaction and I also ended up calming down. I was ready to cancel, but thanks to her, I wont. Sorry again Lebs.
