I had the best service from Karabo Mokgoo. She went out of her way to try to follow up on my claim, going as far as contacting the dealer in Kimberley. I was very surprised when she first called me to give me the feedback and again to contact me to let me know that my claim was approved. It's very rare these days to receive such heartwarming service where the consultants actually show compassion towards the client/customers.
