Great service

Vukani is the name of the consultant that assisted me. I left my car at the dealer for service, 2hours after leaving I am being called by the dealer to say I am early for service Liquid Capital says so. I explain why it seems as though I am early and the fact that I have an email just from yesterday confirming that I should be going for service. I call in at Liquid Capital and the gent with the name mentioned above just checked the account and requested approval of the service. Thank you for your service buti.

I would just like to enquire more on the system in place that made the first consultant that was assisting the dealer not to see I am due for service while the one that helped me took less than 5minutes to see this. It's an unnecessary inconvenience and a waste of time.
