Great sales call
A lady by the name of Chandre phoned me this morning re. the service plans available. Explained all the options available to me, and ensured that I understood what I was buying. She was friendly, patient and very thorough! Not pushy or condescending like most call centres are these days. Thank you for your professionalism and your friendly manner.
