Great customer service

I had an inquiry and misunderstood my contract regarding service plans. She entirely explained her job specification and what she can assist me with. She made me aware of the policy which I have with the administrator. She elevated the query further with her superiors to get me to understand what can and cannot be done. She understand her role and really upholds the company's values at the same time she ensures that the customer fully understand the policy and it's terms and conditions. She was outstanding in the manner that she handled the inquiry and kept her composure even when I was out of line with certain things I said and demanded. i appreciate the assistance and the patience she had with me as an Individual as well as a customer. She has thorough knowledge of the policy and shared the information well with me. She was able and willing to clarify and explain everything to me politely as well. thank you for the great service.
