Got a great service
I'm grateful for such wonderful assistance from the agent Thembekile Setiabi. She had a two-way communication with me and I got helped with my frustrations as she made me aware the car I bought a few months ago didn't show a certain period that it had to go for service. I needed to take my car for service but I wanted to be approved first by my service plan and she made the approval happen!
