Excellent service received from the representative today. So many people are very laid back because it’s festive season. However the lady that assisted me was very welcoming , helpful and jolly and kept me updated throughout the call there was no silence while she was updating my account . I have been a customer service team leader for many years and I have to say I was very pleased with the service I received today . Thank you
